Lebensraum Scenario

I wanted to explore the AI's supply path problems in the Med for the axis. To do this i decided to set up the Lebensraum scenario. It begins with an axis HQ and air unit in Libya.
Needless to say, after going through the entire setup, the last 2 units cannot be placed in Libya. The German HQ and Fighter.
Here is the save game so you dont have to waste time, like i did, to fix it.
