Sept/October 1941.

Germany and Italy at war with USSR. Just got a message that Bessarabia is again part of Romania.

In final production and there is no Ploesti oil trade to Germany!

Can someone tell me why?

Confirmed that the Ploesti oil shows in preliminary production but disappears in final production.

Did you use the oil during reorganization? If you did the final planning just ignores them and you can't really tell where the resources are. It's not a bug but it is confusing for sure.

It is very confusing.

It should maybe still show the oil in the production planning but note that it was used for reorg.

I assume that up until that point I had had enough saved oil that it never came up.

Once Rumania is aligned, the oil is treated as German controlled and no longer as a Trade Agreement. This also means the one oil going to Italy is no longer going there and Germany needs to look at lending oil to Italy to replace it.

One has to be careful about which oil is being used for reorganization. I pay careful attention to which oil I use for reorganization to ensure I use the ones I want to.
