[FIXED B491] RTB Winchester breaks SARH lock

Aircraft equipped with SARH missiles will "RTB Winchester" immediately after firing the last missile - which typically means turning around, thereby breaking the radar lock and causing the missile volley to go blind and self-destruct. The workaround is fairly easy (turn off RTB winchester) but can be a hassle, and of course then you have to manually order the RTB.
For weapons like the AMRAAM this behavior is actually what you want, but when engaging a target with Sparrows or similar weapons the planes should not auto-RTB with missiles still flying.
