When comes time for Germany to use oil the dialogue box isn't opening. No way to continue.

Japanese return to base attached.

1) Return the amphib and transport for Japan.
2) Use Oil for Japan.
3) Use Oil step for Germany, no dialogue.

Any help appreciated, would hate to have to kill this game.

If I use no Japanese Oil the German step dialogue appeared once, second time doing same does not.

Was intending to not reorg all Japanese but only .4 so save the oil.

Also have tried using all Jap oil or only .1, same failure.

Did a complete reinstall of the game, updated to 1.1 and that seems to allow me through the issue.

Still odd though.
