can't open LND CRT from help drop down menu, anybody else has the same problem?

This has been there since release. I think you can view it from the combat screen or from the pdf.

The program wants you to have selected a specific combat so it can highlight the Assault and Blitz columns. Someday I'll modify the code so it shows a "plain vanilla" copy of the form. But that is already available in the Players Manual volume 2, pages 218 & 219.
