A solid Russian opponent for 41-45 gc.

Air restrictions to one bombing of open hq per turn and 3 max on everything else. 1st turn no limits.

Variable weather and the new blizzard.

Some para drop restrictions, but frankly, I am not sure which ones are really needed. tbd

I would be interested in playing. I don't bomb HQ's and I don't air drop para units. I'm not a fan a variable weather but I would be in if that's not negotiable.
