Hey all,

Playing the first scenario here and I'm utterly befuddled as to rail transport. There doesn't seem to be a button for it on the UI, and when I have a unit in a city, there doesn't seem to be any way to get them to a city linked by railroad.

How do I do it? What's the button or hotkey I'm missing?

to make a rail transport a unit needs to be in a town or city. You need resources to do a rail transport. The city hex of the destination has to be empty and all rail hexes inbetween have to be undamaged.
Damaged rails are marked like in the picture below.
If all is set up to meet the conditions, city hexes that can be reached will be highlighted.
