Is it possible to increase how fast AI do there turn, I got to wait more then 15 mins each turn and it's started to get on my nerve. Is there a way to tweak the preferences so the AI turn goes faster.

Yes, it's very easy to get things to speed up. Go into preferences, look around for any of the AI options, where you can set the timing for viewing battle results, etc.

Examples: AI combat result dialog lifetime - set to 'don't show'
AI before move delay - set to zero
AI before combat delay - set to zero
and so on
with my settings, all the AI countries do their moves in 10 or 20 seconds total.

Even in the big campaign?

depends on your machine, the country you are playing, allies on your side and fog of war settings.

However with the settings proposed by gwgardner, it shouldn't take more than a minute or two.
