Game Finished ?

Hi, i'm french so i beg pardon for my poor english.
The game is well designed, no bug detected on win7, and a lot of good ideas as Random Technological Sequencies and local map bountys which allows us to develop specific cities, are great stuff.
But, if we can easyly feel Master of orion and Alpha Centauri inspiration, i would ask you a question : is that release version a final product ?
I want politely say it's really laking some things like Wonders or Anti-Nuke Satelite, or resource bonus satelites, or sea leveling -which would increase polution's effect and reinforce scenario- or some kind of "mag-tube" you know, because, get Blackhole or time dilatation an just see troopers move 4 on old road is strange isn't it ?
That game could be a HUGE one, are any update whith new stuff coming ?
