new bug with reforming divisions

Haven't yet gotten far enough into a game with 1.1.12 to see if the fix for reforming corps from divisions no longer crashes the game during production. Unfortunately, now it crashes the game when you try to manually reform them.

Correct, found it this weekend, already reported and savegame sent. Looks like a regression bug from the first fix. Original bug fix in production phase works, cleared that this weekend as well. As Steve is currently working on the overseas supply bug, I suggest that we wait a bit longer for this regression bug to be fixed.

Fixed in the current Beta release - expect it to work in the next release.
