Naval combat bug

2nd time this has happened.

5 CW SCS + 1 Nav
1 Ge Nav + 1 It Nav (4 factors)

Surprise points are a wash (none). 1 Air to Sea is aborted by AA, however after this happenes the game doesnt detect remainder of the factors or the ships (message that there are no naval units to attack).

I'm going to stop playing until the this bug is squashed, as it's going to ruin the naval war.

I fixed this for version 1.1.3.0 - which should be available on Monday (2/10/2014). It had been reported by a beta tester. This problem with port attacks and naval air combat was an offshoot of me trying to fix the code for carrier air units aborting from naval air combats.
