Supply Unit Overrun Bug? 1.1.2

Hi,
Can the out of supply CW Egyptian TERR stand on and steal the Italian SUP unit in the adjacent hex?
Can't get it to do it in mWiF 1.1.2.

You should be able to capture it. It's a bug.

It is not a bug. RAC 11.11.16 states that a unit can only overrun a land unit (supply units are land units) if and only if the overrunning unit is in supply. See Overrunning Land Units page 68 in RAC Manual.

Sorry Steve, but supply units are treated different in this case:
Here is RAW 22.4.10:
Your land units can enter a hex containing only an enemy supply
unit without having to overrun it. You can then either destroy the
supply unit or replace it with one of your own (chosen randomly).
So it is a bug...

I fixed the code and checked it using the supplied saved game.
