I´ve downloaded the game, today. I can´t play to one map scenarios. The program says me that are notp presently available. What´s the problem?

The problem is they are notp presently available.

Both these scenarios have special rules. I imagine the developers have had higher priorities than implementing these special rules just for these scenarios.
