Missing scenarios?

There are two scenario's listed that I cannot activate...there's no image
I wouldn't worry about my issue. I got a bit flummoxed on the install process meaning I think I cancelled the install of the patch. Having said that I cancelled the whole install of this DLC...and when I restarted the install of the DLC, I wasn't offered the install of patch 1.03 again.
I uninstalled CW II, reinstalled, installed patch 1.02 (which I never had installed previously) and then installed the DLC and this time allowed the install of patch 1.03 and everything seems normal.
Thanks and sorry - but there is something wrong with the installer
