Air Replacements

It must be incredibly hard to get air replacements??? I notice that when I put air units of 4 or less planes into the national reserve or a rear area airbase, they almost never receive new aircraft to rebuild back to strength....

And what is the pool size? How many units use that aircraft? Maybe too many.

Looks like I will have to ajdust plane replacement/upgrades and swaps as well in .14. For now the ground procedures look nice, I'm nearing completion.

Examples:
BF-109G-2 Pool = 302 w/ 19 units using
JU-87D Pool = 102 w/ 13 units using
He-11H-6 Pool = 375 w/ 17 units using

Planes lost as of 1/28/43 = Axis: 5210 vs Russian: 18671

Thanks.

Im still trying to figure out how air replacements work...I have had 16 units @ 3-4 aircraft each sitting in a rear area in supply, on a rail head (far removed from contact) for 30 turns and they have yet to receive a single airplane??? Are the units so small that they are at full strength maybe? It shows 100% TOE and that they have "max" available....plenty of replacement aircraft of the same type in the pool...

As Gabriel said, each Luftwaffe squadron possesses a "Stab" (staff) unit in addition to the groups of 40 planes each. And these Stab units can have a maximum of 4 planes.
