Quality Matrix

Is there a quality matrix for replacements out there? It's obvious that as German replacements come in as the war goes on, that they come with less and less experience. And the Soviets are getting better, sometimes doing much with very little. Especially with the arrival of the Yak-9.
For instance: My Ju-87 crews have all fallen to 59% experience in early 1943. I've two factories producing a total of 30 per week, and all HQ's are set at 50% for replacements. Level bombers aren't much better, and keeping fighters above 80% or better is becoming very difficult.
Thanks for the help, in advance.

Yes, the program plays with experience levels as the game progresses, but only Arnuad knows what the actual numbers are.

and economies of scale. Germany is a country about 1/10th the size and population of the USSR during WW2. And by 1943 was starting to run out of men of the proper fighting age. While Russian had an over abundance of man power. I think the game takes this into account.

This is not true. German population was much more than 1/10 th of Soviet population. I dont know the exact figures, but i think it is even above 50% of russian manpower.

Many sources quote Germany of having 80 million people, with the Ivans somewhere around 200 million. Early on, Russia had boys and women in uniform, as well.

Not just early on, they had women in uniform throughout the war, in increasing numbers. We're talking about combat positions too, not just "safe" jobs behind the lines.
