Hi All Again

How much % cloud cover is too much to hit targets? - I tried a few raids of 45% cloud cover but none found their targets.

The problem is that % of clouds is not the important factor.

As to the percent number it is most important for clouds over the takeoff fields. High numbers give a chance of units being delayed or canceled.
