Serial number is non-existent

I tried to play the Multiplayer for the first time. Sadly, the game says "serial number is non-existent". What do I do?

Ha! Uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, changed the password and now it works like a charm. No idea what was wrong, but it seems to be working now. Thanks for a quick answer, sorry to bother you
