[FIXED B522] SOSUS

I Place a number of SOSUS stations on the seabed and even a bunker onshore (both avaialble SOSUS facilities on the map) I then run a SSN back and forth at flank speed over it and nothing happens, Did I do something wrong or are the sensitivities still too low (Build 490) The SOSUS network was quite sensitive and they could (reportedly)track subs traveling across the Atlantic and pick up Tupolevs flying overhead.
