I am in the Advanced Rally Phase tutorial and when I get to the Commissar part to rally, I'm told I'll get a second option (if the rally fails) to Fight or Die...I've played this tutorial several times and I only ever get 1 chance to rally the units in that hex...if they fail to rally, there is no other option as mentioned in the text.

I went through this myself...there is a little Commissar button to the right of the For the Motherland that you need to click. Took me over a half dozen tries before I saw it.

That Commissar icon you speak of is there but disabled all the way through that tutorial...right up until I click on the hex with the Nurse. When I click on that hex, the Commissar button disappears and is replaced with the Heal button...it doesn't come back. Not even when I click the Commissar hex.

It looks like the Commissar is not selected. If you pick him, does the button light up?

Oh. That's...odd. Maybe that's why I didn't see it the first few times.

Ok, it's a bug alright. The Commissar button will work perfectly unless you use the nurse first to heal by tapping the Heal button. Tapping the Heal button causes it to slide to the left and the Commissar button simply disappears.

?? The Soviets abolished commissars in Aug 42 I thought.
