I saw somewhere this was a rare bug. But as I type this I don't if a bug for me or if I actually have to ship the BP to USA manually (so this could be my issue). The convoy is in place but the BP seems not to be going.

Anyway I attached a save in case legitimate bug.

The save is from Jan/Feb40, did it work during the first two turns of the game? The agreement should be automatic, and the USSR-German pact is working with this game.

Also, you have 5 Japanese CONV in the Central Pacific which are not needed to fulfill the trade agreement with the USA, though that is not likely to cause an issue.

I didn't notice before... But saw the possible bug comment in other post and decided to check it.

Trade agreement says it is fulfilled for the BP but don't see it in the Production Screen mid-turn anyway.

Well guess that is why the 2 Japanese convoys are showing Unused. Good to know as I need them in another place....

Actually if I don't have those five convoys there it says Japan is in Trade Violation.

The Trade requirement for the Japanese is 5 CONV in the Japanese Coast.

The US requirement is 5 CONV in the Central Pacific, Hawaiian Islands, Mendocino & West Coast.

I tested this yesterday, in another context, and the warning message works properly.

To the main question, it is still uncertain why only a few players are seeing an issue with the build point. Every time I do a setup, this works fine.

Did you use the same optional rules on both games? If not, can you state the differences between the two games?

The same set of options since about Late Janurary to now.

Started another 39 scenario this morning and the BP is being sent to the USA.

Well, it's not what I hoped for, but at least it confirms that the usage of optional rules doesn't cause this problem.

Looks like BP is back. See attached Save. I just realized that this is the first turn I have save excess BP from the turn before for the Japanese. I saved 4 turn before and now 1 was sent to USA so 3 leftovers remain. Is this WAD? Guess I expect this BP to be taken automatically and not only when I have excess BP from the turn before.

there are some issues with production planning and sending resources.

but it is really minor issues, and they will be fixed as soon as steve get to them.

No, sorry, it is NOT really minor issues and there is no earthly reason we should ignore them. Steve has said this one is a low priority because it has been fixed for most players, and speaking as one of the player for whom it has not been fixed, that really sucks. Tell me why I should ignore it?

How long since you have done a complete reinstall?
