Makes the Oil and Resources on map look more like those in Board game.
Zip file contains 2 folders. Flag and Icon Folder.

Use Icon folder to replace the following 14 files in the Icon Bitmaps folder.
C:\Matrix Games\World in Flames\Bitmaps\Icon Bitmaps

OIL1.bmp OIL2.bmp OIL3.bmp OIL4.bmp
OILDAMAGED1.bmp OILDAMAGED2.bmp OILDAMAGED3.bmp OILDAMAGED4.bmp
RESOURCE1 a.bmp RESOURCE1 white.bmp RESOURCE1.bmp RESOURCE2.bmp RESOURCE3.bmp RESOURCE4xx.bmp

Use Flag folder to replace one file found in the Flag Bitmaps folder.
C:\Matrix Games\World in Flames\Bitmaps\Flag Bitmaps

UncontrolledRes.bmp

Back up originals.

Stay tuned for my next update to the old weather/terrain mod. Gonna tone down some of the graphics. It was a little to loud.
