Mixup in Initiative

I've just loaded my game from last night - I'm doing an AAR, so I'm saving and loading on occasion more often than I would do.

I'm on Turn 3. I loaded it this morning and it was the end of Turn 2.

I passed for the 3rd time and Turn 3 started. The initiative roll went to the Germans who rallied a leader and a unit and then the rally phase past to me.

I clicked on a hex with 2 shaken squads. As the RALLY button was highlighted, I thought I would be able to rally them because the leader Elena was in the hex next to them.

So I saved my game (I didn't want to waste my For The Motherland bonus) and clicked For the Motherland and then clicked Rally and was informed that I couldn't rally the unit because there were no leaders/heroes or medics.

Fine...that's cool and as I thought. So I loaded the save I had done prior to trying to rally that hex.

I didn't have any other units to rally, so I selected Elena's hex and picked up the MG34. I then clicked Finished to end the rally phase...and low and behold, it's saying it's my phase in the Operations Phase.

But the Germans won the initiative. I know they did not pass, because down in the bottom right it shows PASS #1

So it seems the initiative has passed to me and likely as a result of the save during the rally phase

Can you email me that save you did during the Rally Phase? tomp@matrixgames.com Thanks!

I will do.

I actually reloaded the save and went through the same process (selecting Elena's hex and giving one of the squads the MG34) and when I click Finished, I briefly see a message which I think says the German Rally phase is complete.

This is the image showing the Germans winning the Initiative

OK, this is fixed in 1.04 or later, for new saves (the example save will still act like it did). Thanks!
