Is there anyway I can download the manual for Kindle? I notice that the electronic manual is called an ebook, but I'm not sure how to get it into my ereader, if that's even possible. My ereader is a Kindle Paperwhite.

Just transfer the PDF manual to the Kindle, all the manuals for Distant Worlds are in PDF format and the Kindle is compatinble with those types of files.

On a rough guess ... (this would work on XP)

Connect the Kindle to the PC
Go to the Distant Worlds install directory
Go into C:\Matrix Games\Distant Worlds\Manuals
Right click on the manual and select 'Send To' in this case your Kindle

As Darkspire says the Kindle is indeed a PDF reader.
I use the Kindle App on my Android phone to read PDF's frequently.

This works fine for me. I have more PDF manuals on my Kindle Fire than I have books.

Sorry for that, just the vague comments hit the spot sometimes. Plus the fact I have an aversion to cloud storage, never can be 100% sure the storage is safe, even after using Mediafire for over 10 years I still backup everything to an external drive just in case.
