1.1.3 Ground Strike CAP Bug

I am unable to place cap against ground strikes on any hex other than the base hex of the FTR.

You should be able to fly CAP to the Militia unit in the south that has Fine weather. It can be attacked by the Fighter-Bomber in Canton. The other hexes are in Snow, so they are not under threat of attack.
The program figures this out correctly in determining that the Chinese fighter has a valid destination hex. It places it in the Selectable Units form and makes it selectable. But when you actually select/pick up the fighter to move it, the program screws up. [That's probably because the fighter-bomber has not been set to Bomber status yet.]

I have fixed this in the upcoming version 1.1.7.0.
