Is it possible when creating a scenario to say have both US and W German forces?

Yes but you need to do a 'hatchet job' by copy&paste/merge the 2 user data sheets but you need to sort through to ensure no duplicates within the data and both forces will have the same counter background.

I believe its on the wish list for multi national battle.

Not on the same side at the moment.

Basically no. It is on our list and being discussed as I type. We do want the next major version to have this.
