Playing the multiplayer GC Opn Luttich, seems that a Panther-heavy battle group, 2nd SS, has appeared out of nowhere. That part of the Strat Map is cut off (note the red borders) and in any case, a couple of maps away from any reinforcement entry point. So how did it get there? (I still hold Hill 314).

Perhaps it moved from Montigny? It may have been moving to the left for a few turns before you saw it....
If it is H2H game can your opponent confirm?

Note that holding Hill 314 doesn't give you any spotting advantage while it is dark or foggy. So I assume this BG has been moving west since the first turn. Is this the stock campaign or one someone has created themselves?

OK SO now it's gone! No, it wasn't in Montigny, it just appeared. Anyhow, the game was conceded a few battles afterwards so the other player isn't going to recall.
