I saw some Aurigas getting an upgrade after just a single race, while others didn´t get one after 10+ races.

So I would like to ask what factors determine if and when an auriga gets an upgrade.

Turnopia knows the details on what factors influence it, but it is a random thing to a degree.

It depends on the number of improvements the charioteer currently has, the less improvements he has the more likely will be to get a new one after each race he participates.

Something seems a bit off with the auriga upgrades. My original three aurigas each had one star, and after 4-6 victories each, none of them have gained any stats.

On the other hand, I bought a two-star auriga, and before he had even won a single race he had been awarded two hearts as well...

Is this WAD?

odds are treacherous...probabilities of getting a new upgrade after a race are:

no upgrades:
26%
one upgrade:
14%
two upgrades:
6%
three upgrades:
2%

I think the probability for an auriga to receive an upgrade should be tight to his racing performance.

I still think something is odd; I have four audrigas--two started at 1/0 and are now 2/2, one started at 2/0 and is now 2/2, and the last one, who has been present since the beginning of the scenario, has the most wins, and has been just as active, is still a 1/0.

My initial guy also has never had any upgrades. Maybe there is a bug where the guys you initially start with and get to name never get upgrades?

my guy has just received his first upgrade, a heart, after 11 wins. no respect for the poor man...
