In the Campaign there is a betting window but I can't figure out how to do that unless it's not enabled in the early part of a Campaign. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a slider in the betting box. As you slide it to the right it tells you how much you're betting and what you may win. I never win so I rarely bet.
