Its September 31 42 and my D3A1 factory in Nagoya has still not upgraded to the D2A2, even though upgrade is activated and I have supply.

Any insights?

September 31? That's a bug.

When was it supposed to upgrade to the D2A2. Factories don't update immediately. There is a random involved.

You can make it by yourself, I know I change aircraft manually in beta because it never work correctly.
