How can I to increase purchase list in the editor? For example, adding PzIIIJ, IL2M, Panther G, etc.

May be assigning a numeric value in column 74 "point cost" (units.csv file)?

Yes, only units with a cost listed in the units.csv will show up to be flagged for purchase.
