Is there another mirror for this patch I have downloaded it 5+ times and it is always corrupted.

Try the in game-launcher update button for an automated download and update, download here looks fine though, just checked and downloaded a few times, so will be something blocking on your side.

Otherwise contact tech support and they can give you an alternative link.
