Japanese Player wanted

After a significant absence from the game due to some RL problems I've slowly been working my way back into the game by playing the AI. Now I think I'm ready for a PBEM game against someone.
I'm by no means a mastermind at this game and would prefer to play the allies since if I do make a significant blunder I won't hurt myself too badly. I'm also a tad rusty at the game, but slowly
getting back into the swing of things.
