Can't access Multiplayer - any version

This is at Matrix/Slitherine and not at Tom.
I can no longer access multiplayer from my home PC. Tom and I have tried everything we can possibly think of.
I can access MP from my work laptop, even when I bring it home. So it's not my home network.
It's not the firewall on my PC because I've shut it down and all virus checking as well while testing.
I was able to access MP during the beta testing, but something has changed in the system since the release of the game.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
