I got the Gates Open Early event at a Greek style circuit. I started in the back line and at the start my horses overlapped the chariot in front of me. There was no damage but I don't think that event should be available in those circuits where there are no gates.

Yes I got this happening yesterday - my horses ran over the chariot in front of them due to their gate opening early and being in the back row. Not a major issue, no damage done, just visual.
