I would like to send here my first multimaps scenario. How can I do?

You need to compress the files into a zip file using a compression program (or Win 7's built in zip program.

then click the button just below this window labeled 'Click here to upload!'

locate the file and upload it.

there is a file size limit, so if the zipped file is too large, you will have to break it into 2 or more uploads and upload each file file in a separate message.
