New scenario. A very small Latin American border dispute with very big guns on one side.

This is a quick, easy, and simple scenario intended in part as a beginner's scenario and in part to show off an old, often overlooked battleship.

nice little scenario

you could spice it up a tad by adding some extra peruvian ships

JANES 1950
4 x Type R submarines
2 x CL Alimirante Grau, Alimirante Bolognesi)
1 x DD Alimirante Villar
2 x FF Teniente Ferre and Palacios ( Ex HMCS St. Pierre and HMCS Poundmaker)
1 x FF Calvez ( ex USS Woonsocket)

Chile
the ships of the Serrano class names
Serrano, Orella, Aldea, Videla, Riquelme, Hyatt

Interesting set up, but I agree with Jorm that it needs something to pose a challenge to players. Did the Peruvian Army have any heavy artillery at this time? A few batteries could pose a challenge to the elderly battleship.

Managed to fail this on the first outing as I'd missed the time allocation which is fairly short.
Agree its reasonably straightforward though you mention its intended in part as a beginner scenario.
I played it once for a fail and once to succeed and all triggered as planned.

Unless you intended to make it harder would suggest its done realistically?
