Beating Poland - GD 1938

Here is a little assignment, for anyone who cares to try it.
I always considered Poland to be a rather easy target when it comes to try to understand the game of GD 1938, at least tactical wise. It´s a fairly nice set piece battle. Now, I can usually defeat Poland, alone, with Germany, no matter what the Poles do to defend it (ok, i play Poland too), by turn 4.
Basically, Poland loses Krakow around turn 2 or 3, and thus only has Warsaw left to defend, which falls the next turn. And that will usually mark the end of Polish resistance, as they no longer have a supply source, worth much.
Can any of you defeat Poland quicker, or have done it?
