Will changing HQ units be addressed in v4.1

I've on seen a few people address this glitch. In the WWII campaign will no rank units and HQ units that change from the x0 unit to next unit that survived the battle (ie x1 or x2 etc)be fixed in v4.1??

To what we have found this is a case of a higher ranked leader taking ove. He may not be the one you want in charge, but the senior guy will take over. I'm not sure there is a bug here...

I can understand a higher ranking officer taking command of a platoon, but the problem is that the replacement leader for the x0 unit has NO rank. I am finding that if a unit is destroyed in a battle, it receives a no ranked leader and so then the next unit with a ranked leader assumes role of the Platton leader.
