Latest beta 3/16 unable to change leaders for LCU

Allied LCUs only show the current leader with no other choices when you click on the leader. Air units as well. Ships are working normally.

No issue with IJ leaders .... they are all working.

Just checked and I can change all allied commanders as per usual with the latest patch - full lists of choices appear as normal.

No problems for me either not that I'd trade my semi retarded rated commander for a total one [:'(]
