Help stuck in abort phase

So here I am. Stuck. It won't go past this. It looks like Germany is the currently active power because of the flag in the corner, but the background is green. It won't let select anything. Any tips?

Click on the Italian Flag on the right. That should let you select Italian units from the left panel. Hopefully including the transport carrying the German unit.
If there is still a problem, please upload a saved game in this thread so I can debug it.
