Bug with tank crew

Have created the French using Custom 1. Seen the following happen twice now. Have a French tank either abandon or get destroyed and the crew shows up as a German Hero. Save enclosed.

Is there a French vehicle crew in the .csv, with nation as 'Custom 1' and a 'y' in the Vehicle Crew column (somewhere around column AL)?
