I can seem to get my Axis Air Factors to bomb any allied ports. I think its broken.

Its my PBEM game. Last turn I tried to assign 10 Air Factors to bomb Taranto. I click the port in the window, slide the bar to 10 for the bomb port slider, but the bomb Taranto button is greyed out. If I leave the screen (hit continue) and return back to it its all reset back to zero. 0 Factors bombing Taranto. I can't seem to assign any bombing factors. Its the Italian Campaign.

For me, when I ran your save, I selected Taranto as the target, moved the slider to 10. Hit Continue.

When I come back to the screen I see some strange behaviour, sometimes the sliders aren't visible and sometimes they are and everything is reset to zero.

I'll have to fix that asap so that it displays the information properly.
