Ah, this is frustrating. I got 2.0, installed and it ran smooth as silk. A Great Day. Then my computer crashed, I had to reformat, reintall the operating system and 13,000 updates from Microsoft. I reinstalled CS, original, the first patch, then 2.0. I clock on the icon, get the first screen, but when I click on a game EF, WF, whatever, the thing just lays there dead.

If anyone out there knows how to fix this or has been through it before, please let me know. I've really been enjoying this game and this has me in fits. I can live without email...BUT NOT CS!

I believe you have to load the game then the 2.0 patch. Skip the 1.x patch. try that.[:)]

That, but more importantly, in the 2.0* Update Tech Support FAQ thread, the FAQ: "The program has failed to launch" or "The application has failed to start" -- Why?
