Me and others are failing to connect to the lobby atm. It just says "Forum login fail. Lobby system error"

Sorry about that. It looks like there was a short term outage. Are you still getting the error?

I think it's working, but the match making forum is still down?

The forum interface does seem to be having some issues. Looking into it now.

I've been seeing the "Forum login failed. Lobby system error." for the last couple of days, but did manage a multi-player (via the lobby, not direct) game yesterday (20th).
Today though (21st), get the same forum login failure, and although I can see people in the lobby, when I attempt to host or join a game, I just get “connecting to your opponent…”

The Multiplayer still exhibits problems connecting. From my perspective, the Multiplayer locks the game up. Assuming it's trying to make a connection but cannot, or just times out. I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to end task to close the game. The failure of making a connection through the lobby has been a concern for the multiplayer community since the release. Hopefully, its just a one-time glitch and not a sign of what's to come.

The main routing server looks like it had some issues overnight - I have fixed them now. Please let us know if you are still seeing any issues so we can track them down.

If you want a recomendation, you should add the play by ip option at multiplayer or nobody will buy a new CC game.

The lobby was a good idea but the matrix server is a bullshit, it is worse lobby in the world and thanks to it, all your multiplayer games go to die. It is sad but it is very true.

lobby is down again?

I was able to connect to the lobby, but it was /very/ slow and it appears there is a problem with the match making forum interface (there was an error and the forum list never populated) though this doesn't keep you from playing a game on-line.

I will find out what we need to do to get the issue resolved ASAP.

I had quite a break with Panthers and apparently im typing wrong password - where can i reset it?
Is it a password for Matrix games or something different?

BTW maybe there are issues with lobby, but Siltherine support works just great.
