I have looked and cant really find the answer to my questions,so here goes.Is there a "tutorial" of How to Install Mods and Scenarios/Maps?

It's sort of a moving target. As the game moves through releases it's changing, but for the better.

The easiest way is if the scenario uses standard units and maps from the base game just download and place the .map file into:

Matrix Games\Lock n Load Heroes of Stalingrad\maps

Then look for it as a scenario in the game interface.

Here are some examples:

The fun really begins with the mods that have custom maps and units but the install is a little bit more involved. The instructions are usually in the thread with the mod.
