Hi again,
Are the units on the purchase screen the size of the maneuver elements for tactical battles?
Example...if your purchase 2 light infantry do you have 2 separate units for the battle or do you add these elements together or to existing units?
Do they represent individuals or multiple combatants. 100 men, 10 men etc.?
Thanks!
The game is looking Good!

Each unit you purchase appears as a separate unit in battles (both Tactical and Auto-battle). Each Stack may have up to 20 units. This means that each province can hold up to 20 land units, and each naval stack can also hold up to 20 naval units. Combined arms work best.
Units either represent Groups (such as Pikemen) or Single Entities (such as a Mountain Giant). When damaged, Groups deal less damage themselves, but also take less damage from ranged fire. In contrast, damaged or undamaged Single Entities deal the same damage, but also take full damage from ranged fire when they are damaged.
The Single/Group icon to the far right lets you know what kind of unit this is.

I should also add that the "armed forces" profiles I've been posting in the Weekly Spotlights aren't displaying the hard stats for units as they actually appear in the game. The Weekly Spotlights are intended more as an overview of each realm.
Sovereignty displays unit stats either in "card" form in battles and campaign, or as a comparable list on the purchase screen.
Good Hunting!
