DoW phase. Fix the rolls to get the 30%.

2 rolls are made for DoW. One for Germany, one for Italy. Not suppose to happen.

I think you are wrong about the rule. As far as I can tell, reading the list of US Entry Actions, there should be two die rolls and entry effects.

Yes. From 9.4 of RAW - "If it attempts declarations of war against both Germany and Italy in the same step, resolve it as one attempt, rather than one for each. If the attempt succeeds, it would count as 2 declarations for US entry purposes (see 13.3.2)."

Edit: Unless Warhunter meant 2 DoW rolls. There is one DoW roll and if successful then there are two US entry chit rolls.

The save game is attached to the post. It would be easy to check if anyone decided to actually DOWNLOAD the file.

I've recreated this situation using my own test games. There is no bug here...
