One question about Helicopters

In the game all Helicopters has a 0 as Anti air strenght, but in the reality helicopters like AH64 apache use stinger missiles as AA defence.
Me question is, why?
Someone knows if another value (nonzero) is set, what happen?

I think that maybe it wouldn't be a very close valor. Because in fact do you imagine an AH 64 knocking out a f22 or a mig29?? I think that in TOAW 3 helicopters are just used as transport and ground atack to simplify.

Easy to test: Create a AH64 squadron and set them on air-superiority, if that's possible, or check if they defend themselves on a air-to-ground mission against interceptors. Again, best is to contact Alpha77.
