Version 2 Window Issue - Does not extend beyond one screen properly on multiple screen environment.

So I am running Windows 7 64 bit 16GB ram two screens.
The window extends but the contents does not render properly.

When the window exceed the size of the single screen that when the rendering issues begin. Picture attachment limitation makes it hard to illustrate.
